We do not, and will not sell, or share in any way, any information to any outside parties, except those outlined in this policy. We collect information from ‘YOU’ the customer(s) to process your order(s). We also use this information to inform you the customer(s) about relevant information about your account. We collect information that is relevant to processing orders and also to sent you emails with any Super Sales and Specials. Information that we collect includes but is not limited to name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address.


We accept all payments including credit card payments through PAYPAL and BANK WIRELESS TRANSFERS.

Orders made on the Weekends and Public Holidays will be processed but sent out on the next business day.


All clearance items are non-returnable. All sale(s) of clearance items are final.


We ship to all States in Australia and Overseas too.
Australia post is our preferred shipping agent.
All orders are shipped Express Post for next day delivery.

Important Information please read:

  • Please verify that your shipping address is correct.
  • Please verify that your email address is correct.
  • We will send shipping tracking information and other correspondence to you via email.
  • All orders made before 2.00pm are shipped out on the same day for next business day delivery.
  • Orders After 2.00pm will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders created on Saturday or Sunday are normally shipped on Monday. (Australia Post are closed on weekends and Public Holidays).
  • If the shipping address is incorrect which causes the package to be returned to us, you will be charged for shipping.
  • If your order contains one of the few items that are not currently in stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.)
  • Items will normally be shipped in a single box or shipping satchel.
  • Some items may be repacked with additional padding to reduce damage.


  • In the case of international shipping the customer is responsible for any customs, fees or other additional charges that may be placed on the shipment.
  • International shipping deliveries could take 7-21 days.


  • For hygiene purposes we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, Lace front wigs, Instant Weaves, 3/4 Wigs and ponytails.
  • Products like hair relaxers, Braid Extensions can be returned or exchanged, however, they must be returned with their (original packaging) with all the tags attached and the receipt.
  • If the packaging has been tampered with "We cannot accept them back as we cannot resell them.
  • If you are returning a product you the customer has to check and see if the product is returnable.
  • Certain items that can be purchased on the site are not eligible for a return.
  • If goods are returned or exchanged the customer pays for the postage.
  • Products can be returned or exchanged if we made an error in your order.
  • We are not responsible if products purchased are damaged while in transit or get lost.
  • We charge 20% of the “full price” as a restocking fee for any items that are returned or exchanged.
  • If products received are faulty, email us at mail@ozhairsale.com.au within 3 days of delivery.


We do not ‘REFUND’, ‘CREDIT’ or ‘EXCHANGE’:

  • If you change your mind after purchasing the product.
  • If you choose the wrong colour or size. We recommend you choose carefully.
